Airbrushed Batting Helmets

All helmets are NOCSAE approved.  We use durable, safe automotive paint and clear coat all helmets for protection and shine.  Prices include the batting helmet, artwork, and standard clear coat.

New!  Use the Design your own helmet cart if you are supplying your own helmet. Select 'supplying own helmet' from helmet size options and price of helmet ($7) will be deducted.  Final price still includes name, helmet prep, and standard clear.  (If supplying your own helmet you will need to mail your new or gently used helmet to Mecabrush, 77 County House Circle, Carthage TN  37030)  

Note:  Cooper brand helmets are reported not to hold paint well.  Rawlings, Adams USA, and Schutt helmets are paintable.  We only stock face guards for Adams USA brand. If you are sending a different brand of helmet, do not select add faceguard, because the Adams USA faceguard only fits Adams USA brand helmets.

Pre-designed Airbrushed Helmets:   Pre-designed helmets are not pre-painted, but the design elements have been combined for an overall complete helmet design so that all you have to decide is helmet size/color/style and then a few details such as design colors, name, and adding options such as a face guard or chin strap.

Helmets Under $40:  On a budget?  All helmets in this category start at less than $40, includes the helmet, clear coat, and artwork.  Additional charges apply if adding face guards, chin straps, additional design elements, or automotive clear coat.

Design Your Own Helmet:   This page displays backgrounds, side designs, and front and back designs for your review.  Then you select these elements from the drop down lists in the cart and 'build' a custom design.  You still decide design colors, name, and other options.

All our helmet shopping carts include the option to add a chinstrap, faceguard, and up-grade to automotive clear-coat.
