Processing time is the time from when we receive your
order and payment until we complete and ship your order.
The average processing time per order is
1-3 business days. Custom & out-of-stock items may take slightly longer
to process.
There are certain seasons when
processing may take longer than the usual 1-3 days. Those seasons
are the start of any sports season, especially baseball season when we
are receiving and processing many team orders for shirts and batting
helmets, and Christmas.
At Christmas we post a deadline for placing orders for
delivery by Christmas. Orders received after that deadline are not
processed until orders received before on on the deadline are completed
and shipped. If you place your order on December 16th and the
deadline was Dec. 15th, it may be after Christmas before we are able to
process your order.
It is recommended that if you need an order completed
for delivery by a certain date that you give us that information in the
"notes" area of the shopping cart. It doesn't guarantee you will
have it by the date requested, but we will make an effort to ship your
order in time for delivery by the date requested.
