Personalized items cannot be returned
or exchanged. Once an item has been painted with your name,
expression, or modifications it is considered to be personalized.
Please be sure to check that you have
spelled names/words correctly. Because of the popularity of slang,
ebonics, and unique spelling in words and names we paint it just as you
spell it.
If we make an error on your order and
misspell a name, use the wrong colors, or send you the wrong size please
contact us within 7 days of when you receive your order so arrangements
can be made to correct the mistake at no cost to you. We will do
our best to minimize any inconvenience it may cause you. We are
human, and we do make mistakes. But we accept responsibility for
our mistakes and will correct them.
We are not responsible for errors YOU
make when you place your order. We are not responsible for damage
to items by the US mail service. Orders over $100 are insured
against loss or damage. We are not responsible for orders that are
lost, misdirected, or delayed by the US postal service and customs
offices on global orders.
We have posted a size chart on our
website as well as style descriptions. It is your responsibility
to read the available information and to be aware of what you are
buying.
