We have 4 shipping methods. Our shopping carts
calculate the shipping costs per order. Sales reps can only
estimate shipping charges.
Please note that delivery time is in
addition to processing time.
Standard shipping: USPS 1st Class or Parcel
Post shipping. Packages under 1 pound will ship USPS 1st class.
Packages over 1 pound ship Parcel Post. Delivery time from our
door to yours by this method depends upon your location. It can
take up to 2 weeks for delivery by Standard Shipping method.
US Priority Mail:
Delivers in 2-3 days
after being shipped from our door to yours. Orders to be shipped
by priority mail do not get processed any faster than other
orders. Priority mail shortens the delivery time after being
completed and mailed.
NEW! USPS Express Mail: Express
mail delivers to most locations in the continental US in 1-2 postal
days. Orders with Express mail shipping do not process
faster than other orders. Express mail shortens the delivery time
after being completed and mailed.
Outside US: For orders going to countries
outside the US we ship USPS global priority. Delivery confirmation
and tracking is not available on orders leaving the US or orders going
to military addresses. Delivery time depends upon your location
and mail services. Global Priority is supposed to deliver in 4-7
days, but may be delayed by customs or other receiving mail service.
Buyer is responsible for any customs fees on orders.
Fed Ex and UPS shipping is available only if you provide
your own account number for billing or you have made prior arrangements
with us. If you provide this information online in the notes area
of your shopping cart, shipping charges generated by the cart will be
refunded after the order is completed.
Mecabrush is not responsible for late delivery, lost, or
damaged mail. Most orders over $100 will be insured against loss
or damage, when possible. Once the order leaves our facilities and
enters the hands of the US Mail or other shipping service we have no
control over what happens to the shipment.
The US Postal Service requires 60 days before filing
claims on lost items. Items with confirmation of delivery cannot
be claimed as lost. We have no jurisdiction over shipments that
have confirmation of delivery. You will have to contact your post
office about your package if delivery confirmation is recorded but you
have not received the package.
