We ship thru the US Post Office. Not Fed Ex and UPS.
US 1st Class mail delivers in 3-7 days after item is completed and shipped.
US Priority mail delivers packages in 2-3 days after they are shipped.
Express mail delivers in 1-2 days after shipping. The post office does not guarantee any delivery times except express mail, but it is rare that priority mail packages are delayed.
Parcel post is the least expensive and the slowest shipping method. Select parcel post only if you're willing to wait a week or longer for delivery after shipping.
Express & global express shipping do NOT speed processing time for your order. All orders are processed in the order received regardless of shipping method. Faster shipping methods decreases the delivery time from our door to yours after the order has been completed.
MecaBrush is not responsible for any package being shipped outside the US. Tracking is currently not available on international packages thru the US Postal Service. Packages can be delayed for weeks in customs offices. We have no control over transit times and can not locate your international package for you after it has shipped.

Refunds are at the discretion of management. In the event that a refund is offered to you the product must be returned in unused condition in original packaging before a refund will be issued. We do not refund shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued as store credit unless management decides otherwise.
MecaBrush is not responsible for misspellings, wrong choice of size or color, or quantities when order is placed. Our artists and designers will always do their best to arrange your design colors in a way that results in an attractive product, however, because it is a matter of opinion, disliking the final color arrangement is not grounds for complaint.
Size charts have been provided on our website for shirts and helmets. While we will do our best to advise you on sizes, our advice does not in any way constitute responsibility for the fit of the item you order. Items can not be returned or exchange for a different size if you choose the wrong size.
Variations in color, lettering, and slight design differences are not defects. Each item we produce is custom and is therefore an unique item. There will be differences with each item.
Designs painted on the back of a hooded sweatshirt may be partially obstructed by the hood if the hood is worn down. This is not considered a defect. For full view of design on the back of your shirt order a non-hooded shirt or wear your hooded shirt with the hood up.
On special orders be sure that all information is correct and complete in the special order listing description. Designs are painted on front of shirt unless requested on back. If you want your design on back, specify back before you order. This includes hoodies, zipper hoodies, and pocket tees.
Orders cannot be cancelled after work has begun.
